I've made it through the first 7 days. This is where I always lose it, days 8-10. I'm trying really hard not to think about it, but for some reason the urge is stronger today than it has been since day 1. aaaargghhhhhh. I just keep telling myself an urge never killed anyone, but a cigarette will.
