I know about no will power I have none. I say I am going to cut out , not quit just cut out one or two cigarettes everyday but I just keep smoking and smoking more, because I say I'm going to quit soon? WTF!!! I get depressed when I can't quit and then I get depressed when I actually do quit., or rather attempt to quit. Have you tried this program yet? A friend of mine told me to cut out cigarettes in the car. She said that was the key. I think she is right because I can't bring myself to do yet because then I know its real. When I am in the security and anonimity of my car no one knows my dirty little secret. What do you think? Do you have place like a car ?
