Barb- You said you don't want to do the work, but you are! You're alot more motivated than you realize. Let me know when you start battling the cravings. I have a few suggestions and there's alot of great suggestions for that.
This is my first time on this site and I have identified my triggers and will start working on the first one tonight. I know the feeling youhave Barb. I want to quit but don't want to. I quit once for 8 years and could kick myself for starting back. It was the hardest thing I had ever done! I have high hopes for this site and the online community to help me. My biggest problem is that my best friend smokes and we spend a lot of time together. How do I battle that one?
