    Happy Sunday!!  How is it going?  It’s our day of rest again.  In a few hours I will be going to church on zoom.
    Isn’t it great to be off the nicotine?  No matter how bad things get we don’t have to smoke!!  I find relief in not smoking!!  Love your quit!!  Namaste

Happy Sunday Mike.  Been busy in the yard loading the wood that my girlfriend has cut down.  She goes faster than I can load!!  So glad my breaks aren't filled with cigarette smoke.  I find enjoyment in that.  Namaste
