Quitting can be hard, and with the holidays emotions can run high. Remember Hungry , Angry, Lonely and Tired. Any one of these feelings can be a trigger. Find time for yourself over the next few days to make sure you are protecting your quit.
Add an S to it for SAD because that is yet another risk. Great reminder!
