Give and get support around quitting

H.A.L.T.

Quitting can be hard, and with the holidays emotions can run high. Remember Hungry , Angry, Lonely and Tired. Any one of these feelings can be a trigger.   Find time for yourself over the next few days to make sure you are protecting your quit.

Oh yeah I was taught  H.A.L.T. in a 12 step RECOVERY in 1987 and it still works TODAY- yahoooooo thanks for the memory
