Hi everyone,

      Happy Saturday!!!!!!!  Yesterday the temperature was in the 80’s.  It’s to be the same today.  I went to the county park.

     Isn’t the new life something?  Yesterday I did a lot of bike riding.  There were many hills.  It was great not to smell like smoke.  Today I am not even sore thanks to yoga.  If I had been smoking, I probably would have been huffing and puffing and smelling like smoke.  Namaste

Good Morning Mike.  I love to bike ride.  Hope I get to do it again.  Won't be able too until I get a transportable oxygen tank.  Hope to sort that out next month.  It doesn't look good to get off the oxygen totally but at least I'm off the cigs.  Namaste.  SINAO.
