     Happy Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Today is a new day!!!!!!  Live it to the full!!!!!!!  Tonight is prayer meeting at the church.  We are going over fasting.  

    We have made the decision not to smoke!!!!  What a wonderful decision it is!!!!!  Stick to it!!!!!  Nothing or no one can make you smoke.  You have to allow it.  Stay with it!!!!!  Namaste
