Hi Guys, great day in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.  Upper 70's with blue sky and some nice clouds.  It's funny how yesterday i could not see any of this because i was so miserable from lack of nicotine.  I'm sure i was not the only one suffering with those same demons. Today seems much better but i still get the urge to have a smoke.  It's only been a week, but these sites and groups have been very helpful to me. If anyone needs to vent or whine or cry feel free to contact me.  I'm sure i'll be doing more whining before this is over.
