Actually, I did hit the Panic Button juast to see what happened. It immediately takes you to a site with suggestions on how to overcome that moment of craving. They sounded good to me. Having gotten sober in a 12th Step program, I know the craving passes relatively quickly, but relapse is forever! I will definitely use the Panic Button in the future, I'm sure 🙂

Hi Karen...that's good to know (about the Panic Button, that is). Congrats on your sobriety, and I wish you only the best on your quit. I've learned so much about addiction since joining this site, and I'm sure your insights and past experience will help you through some difficult times.
