Ya'll be on guard the 4th!

Hey everybody! Hope you have a great 4th but please be aware of the possible triggers you might face. Having the day off, being with family, socializing with friends, going to cook-outs and parties. Too bad these otherwise positive things have to be stressful. Just be aware, and be prepared how to deal wihen the cravings come!

I was totally surprised by how badly I craved yesterday I controled myself though,and made it . Yesterday was also my 1 month now i'm ready for today the big cook were having should be fun ,but loaded w-smokers.
