One of our goals during our quit is to find someone to help us when we need positive thoughts and reinforcement. In another post I wrote that I think it would be great to find someone who is also quitting so maybe we can find someone who lives nearby.

We arrive in Montreal on August 30 and on September 1st we board the cruise ship which takes us to Quebec City, Nova Scotia, Halifax and one other port. Looking forward to the trip

That sounds heavenly Montreal is 7 hrs away in one direction Quebec is roughly 5hrs Nova Scotia is 5 and another hour to Halifax that's wonderful I'm so happy for you Ralph and it'll be even more wonderful being Smokefree.

This vacation will be the ultimate test for me. Vacations and smoking Were my Past. It’s going to be great    going away and being smoke free
