Hey.... I’ve been a die hard smoker for more of my life than not. This quitting stuff is a real mind game. I’ve not had a cigarette in 5 days. I’ve used the patch a few days and the other 2 was pretty much a hope and a prayer that I didn’t buy a pack. I’m just gonna keep moving forward and try my best not to smoke.

Just keep going on. You may think you are crazy, but actually you are just getting sane. It's nuts to keep using nicotine when it actually is really harming your body. It's a mind game that knowing facts can win. Don't give up.
You are not going crazy. You are getting healed from the hurt you feel. You can't heal from a thorn in your finger until you pull it out. Cleaning the wound allows the healing to begin.

Hi!! My name is Bri and Im so ready (wanting? But so scared ) to become an ex. I just want to give myself a chance to experience a smoke free life. I love my cat my boyfriend my mom art and music I love to exercise and running is my favorite .... I know.....I smoke....and run? Yes and its hurting me. Badly. I need to quit. Im 28 years old and I drive truck for a living and I love my job but driving for 10 hours a day? Uuuuhhh thats 10 hours of listening to music ( nowadays the news) and drinking water, coffee and smoking way to many cigarettes. Ive been smoking for 10 years now and its starting to take its toll especially on my lungs. I have a terrible smokers cough, my hair is thinning and I just want to eat clean, exercise be smoke free and live a healthy lifestyle. Im going to try and try again.
