Weight gain

First I'm using low calorie snacks like yogurt, pudding, pistachios, jello, drief fruits, veggies.i used to eat or drink something just so I could have a cigarette.  Cut out coffee because it was a big trigger.  I hope this helps someone.  We can do it stay smoke free!!

My biggest fear about quitting was weight gain . I have always been fit and slim and I was TERRIFIED I would get bigger .

It was so bad I was having anxiety over it . I’ve always exercised, been a vegetarian and eaten very healthy but I knew I had to step up my exercise game .

I quit 6 months ago today and have gained no weight .

It CAN be done !

Nicotine speeds the metabolism. Plan on consuming 150-200 calories less per day than you did as a smoker until your body adjusts.
