Tomorrow is my quit date

Hello Ex's ~

I'm new to the Ex community and just wanted to say hello. I've tried to do this before cold turkey and did not succeed. I'm determined this time, and I'm sure I'll need some encouragement along the way! I'm picking up some gum... and looking forward to being smoke free. Talk to you all soon.
