Please read everything you can because there's a wealth of information right here on this site to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently it's definitely not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early stages of our quits BUT it's absolutely doable AND totally worth it once we get to that good place in our quits nope works when applied on a daily basis PLUS we're TRULY GIVING OURSELVES THE GIFT OF LIFE!
