The past couple of days I been dreaming of smoking. I usually feel bad in the dream when I am doing it. When I wake up I have to remind myself that it was only a dream. Is dreaming of smoking normal ? Anyone else have that experience ?
I can't believe I haven't had any smoking dreams! I have had dreams that I'm returning to all of my other addictions, but not smoking! What's up with that???
I just had dreams last night i'm down to about 4 smokes a day and feeling bad about it every time I woke up and felt bad but I will get through this and so will you!!
