Eyes checked  still very small cataracts   Great news.

Eyes have changed for the better I will take that. One eye anyway.

-My kids are healthy!

-I have found wild roses, gooseberries, yarrow, and mountain mint growing just down the hill from me!

-I have made it through day one free of cigarettes!!
