Here's a link to a beach webcam I enjoy. If there are any clouds at all the sunsets are changing and incredible and you can make them fullscreen. Right now the best time is about 9:30-10pm Eastern.

Laughter is a distraction for me.  I have found many incredibly funny people on youTube - Jeanne Robertson, Chondra Pierce, Bill Engval, and so many more!

This idea is borrowed from a friend who says when cravings get really tough, she takes a quick shower.  This is a great one if you are at home.  I am not sure I would have made it through the first 72 hours without it.

Thanks to the person who said I should put Vick's under my nose at especially trying times.  I can really see this helping and I am trying it this weekend.

My quit date is tomorrow. I am excited about being an official member of this group. The idea of having a clean smelling house, car and body scent (all of the time) is inspiring to me. Other than health concerns and social stigma, the scent phenoma is really important to me.

I have a plastic tupperware container filled with last cigs I smoked and add water when it gets dry. When i take a whiff of that, I'm reminded how STINKY and DISGUSTING cigarettes are and smell on my body, hair, clothes and car.  And since my nose smells better because I'm not smoking, it really sends a strong message to stay quit.

I wash my hands often and put wonderful smelling Victoria's secret lotion on them. Makes me feel good knowing that I smell feminine and clean, not like cigarettes.
