Give and get support around quitting
I've been trying to quit smoking for a long time now but haven't been successful. Now I have set a date for July 15,2019. Can anyone give me some great tips for quitting and what can I try and quit.
Thank you Barb, it's been a rough start so far. I made it through the
morning so far. After eating is my biggest challenge. The cravings get real
severe, want one so bad. I'm trying to hold on. Thank you for the advice.

One day at a time, but for now, it can be one hour. If you can, go for a walk. You need to replace the dopamine you've lost from smoking. Keep busy--the craving will pass. Early on I came to the Ex and asked for HELP. Repeat to yourself "I don't do that anymore".
