I would suggest go through this site. Follow the steps given in how to quit. Read Allan Car book. Decide to quit.
You must decide to quit mentally first... from the bottom of your heart, what ever happens, I then get ready to quit. It is not giving up something like say no harsh driving, or no to plastics. It is quarrel with in mind, and need to resolve with mind.
No need to go vaping, or reducing cigarettes by fifty percent, or so. Once you decide, just quit, and remain quit.
Remember it is doable, but not easy task. Determination is key to success.
