My quit day was yesterday! I'm am doing so good and that surprises me. I'm actually having more trouble quitting coffee. I needed to I order to quit smoking. They go together for me. Drinking lots and lots of water helps me and chewing on straws. By the Grace of God that I'm doing so awesome. I actually believe this is going to work this time!!!
