Give and get support around quitting
My quit day was Monday may 21st. I smoked 2 that day with some very rough cravings. Then Tuesday I said that having an anxiety/asthma attack wasn't worth it. So, I smoked 4. I smoked 4 yesterday and 9 today. Help!!! I have severe asthma and don't know what to do!!! I have tried quittin in the past and i succeeded 2xs for 4 months out of the 10 times i've tried.
Stay connected to this site! Read the book and cry out for help when needed. Just know that there are many other people going through this with you. Take one breath at a time, knowing that one day (hopefully soon) you will be able to take in a clean long breath without coughing! Remember, keep saying no to cigarettes...you really don't need to make others wealthy off something that is doing harm to your body.
