I don't want to leave you just hanging - but I think your questions might get more responses if you ask about something quit smoking related.
Like - "have you found yourself reaching for that pack of cigarettes out of habit and being momentarily surprised when they aren't there?" Or - "anybody know of any other websites about quitting smoking?" Or - "I am bored out of my mind and thinking too much about smoking. Any suggestions of what I might do?"
