As a newbie, I always took notes so take notes or take note: My Notes from a special lady.  @smorgy8513  She would have had a 9 year quit anniversary on 8/5/21, May she RIP @Smorgy8513.  She emphasized something we all must do.  Forgive ourselves and love ourselves.
