I quit smoking (last cigarette date) March 10th and have been basically smoke free (I have smoked 1 cigarette since March 11th and it took 3 weeks to get it smoked) since March 11th. I'm looking for new ideas to stay COMPLETELY smoke free. Any suggestions?
