Give and get support around quitting
Hello! I wanted to introduce myself since this resource is available to me. I've set my quit date for today. (I'm not a heavy smoker, not even everyday, but want to quit "for-good-for-good")
My plan today is to make flash cards for around my house and in my purse. They'll have "beat the craving" tips on them, my reasons for quitting, and images of all the reasons as well.
Has anyone else tried a similar method? Any tips?

Not One Puff Ever!
Don't Feed the Monster!
One puff away from a pack a day!
Never Ever Forget!
etc...
