Give and get support around quitting

New Year's Resolution

Most of us have given up on our Resolution by Jan 19. If you are included and you resolved to quit smoking - make a new new year's resolution right now! You don't have to give up for the year because you relapsed! Get up and try again only this time use willingness and consistency over willpower and white knuckling your quit. You can do this! You deserve freedom from addiction

I was so glad I didn’t have a New Year’s resolution to quit smoking...However, I did have two others...1. I would write three items I was grateful for daily from God....and one thing I like about “me”...2. I am learning Spanish...

I am still devoted to my New Years’ resolution...I hope I will continue through the year...Thanks for the reminder ~ Colleen 411 DOF
