@TigerCub @Hey I like your writing style. Keep going, you are doing great. An awesome poster in here wrote a letter to say goodbye to smoking. Maybe try that? I thought it was a really good idea. It is so hard but just take one day at a time, as overused as that sounds, it’s so so true!!! Hell, even a minute at a time!

yes I think one minute at a time. Right now I am on day 3. I do know very much that this day might be my hardest one yet. I do not think it is as much harder than day one and day two which completely sucked.
Speaking of that I have been having lollipops like no man’s business and shaking like a scared chicken.
I do not know if shaking is too common because I do not much read it on anywhere.
I very much want to feel not unique, do you think shaking is normal?
