@TigerCub Glad you came to the site. That's the right thing to do. Get moving! Can you go for a walk? It really helps to distract and you get a bonus hit of dopamine. Deep breathing also helps to ride a crave.
Day 1 can be the hardest, but it will be behind you and you'll be a success one day at a time.
Stay close right now and reach out as much as needed. You're right--you can do it!

yes, it is now finally (past) bedtime and I made it thank you for asking!!
I made it through this day with a lot of Red Bull, dum dums, lozenges, NRT gum, breathing apps and tea.
I know this is going to get better, it is so hard to not think I will stay this hard thinking forever if I don’t “fix” it.
