Loving and losing: the effects of tobacco

My family has experienced the effects of tobacco first hand. Last year we lost 2 of my aunts to lung cancer within six months of each other. One on the east coast one on the west coast. My Grandmother is currently living with advanced COPD. She lies in a hospital bed as I write. I am very sad right now because I am anticipating my grandmother's transition to the next life.

I've Also lost family members to cancer. And my husband lost his grandfather at an early age (56) to cancer. Wether its from smoking or not it is a Horrible disease and it is hard to get through the death of someone close to you...
Quiting Smoking is one of the best things I'll ever do for my family and for myself.. and I'd advise anyone who smokes to at least look into it even if you don't want to quit...
