I have surgery at the end of this month. When’s the best time to quit?

I’ve quit and started so many times I just want to be successful this time

It's a journey and if you are reading and learning about this addiction, you will get stronger and stronger and you will not want a cigarette because you will accept that they never did anything FOR you.  EVER.  I suggest that you stay close to the site and read blogs, comment, be as active as you can.  Take the Daily Pledge, read everything you can find about this addiction.   It IS an addiction and you are in RECOVERY...it is a journey.
