Give and get support around quitting
I have started a discussion in an effort to help the newbies more. Newbie Roll Call I need your assistance in supporting them also. Yes, I know that most of you do that already, but some newbies may not feel comfortable writing a blog. I am hoping this is can be a special spot that they can address specifically what is going on with them or make a comment until they are more comfortable blogging, etc. I need your feedback if you are EXperiencing, Have EXperienced and Have the wisdom to give needed support this discussion comes up. Please feel free to give your input. Thanks for your support in advance. Paying it forward. Feedback on this idea is welcome.
Will do Jackie...will keep a watch...I often tell people good to stay close to support site and encourage other quitters and to get help...trying to see if more will help with newbies...but yes I will check out the newbie roll call...
To much is given, much is required. Love you. Thanks for the support you give.
I looked at it quickly. Aren't there more than this?

Yes, I am sure more.
As I commented to Giulia
Mark has every new person that has signed up. Maybe it was just me though. I have been keeping track of those who have engaged. via comments, status updates, discussions, and or questions. (places where they may get lost in the shuffle due to other activity on the conversation board). I have been trying to respond and find out how they are doing. It is working to a degree but I need help in keeping the engagement. Everybody that signs up is not going to quit. If you compare my list to Mark's newbie daily list mine is far smaller.
If you are new in the last two weeks
I do not believe I would get them all. Some get lost in the shuffle. Some comment in e.i status updates. Which come off the board quickly do to activity.
Wasn't referring to Mark's list. I'm referring to people I've responded to.
I am not sure how many you have responded to if I am understanding your question, (today, total or previously included)?
If you have the time you could check your activity to see. The list that I generated was from my tracking from the last two weeks. I usually give a welcome badge if I have engaged with someone new and try to followup. That is how I keep track via my inbox. A little tedious going through my inbox but I think it is worth it.
How do you find them to reply to? I would be interested in that too.
Tell me how I can help. Paying back is a biggie on my list too.
