Dealing with the cigarette cravings first thing in the morning.
NEVER have any smoking paraphernalia around, dispose of everything, it really DOES help. Plan your morning, get up, shower or make coffee, do whatever you need to do to start your day off. It was not easy for me in the mornings BUT it got easier and easier and now I never think of cigarettes in the morning. You CAN do this. I got up and did what I had to do and then got on EX as soon as I could. I was late to work a couple of times because I got so immersed in reading blogs.
This is a one day at a time journey...NOPE, Not One Puff Ever.
