Hi and Welcome to Ex's,

I am glad you found our site. I quit smoking 100 days ago after too many years of smoking and failed quits.  This is my last quit.  I am 54 years old and I want it to be my choice to quit smoking.  Might I suggest you read and prepare at My Quit Plan there you will gain knowledge on quitting and set a quit date.  Once you have that quit date, prepare for it like no other...Keep close to here for support.  We are in this journey together...~ Colleen 100 DOF

I was a closet smoker. It mad up more than 50% of the stress in my life! It is so hard to keep it a secret, it's on your clothes, in your hair, my pointer and middle finger were slightly yellowed... I was so paranoid of people discovering my yucky secret! So glad that today, and from now on, I don't have to worry about it anymore! I feel free!
