Hello -- This is my very first smoke free day -- yesterday was my quit day. It's hard but I will do this!!! Hope to talk to you all at some point, as I will need a lot of support to get through this.
Thanks so much for the encouragement -- Having a very hard time today for some reason -- Eating hard candy to fight back!!! I hope I can be where you are in 2 years!!! I really hate this disgusting habit!!
