If anyone is a beginner in meditation (like I am) and is looking for some guidance, here is one of the free 30 min I am using from time to time.

It might be your browser Terrie, they only work with Explorer, you might not see it if you are using Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome.

I use Chrome and have no issues with videos.
