Good morning

Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!  Are you ready for a day of rest?  Today at church we will have communion.  The cake turned out pretty good!!

    No urges or cravings in a long time!!  It took a long time for them to stop but it was worth it!!  Also my mind no longer drifts back to the smoking days!!  Life is good!!  Stay with it!!  You can do it!!  Namaste
