Good morning

Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!  The day of rest is here again.  I will not be going to church today because of the prep for the colonoscopy.

    I was just reading over Allen Carr’s ebook again.  The whole smoking thing was nothing but lies.  Thanks to becoming an ex, we have seen the light!!  How fortunate we are!!  Namaste

Good Afternoon Mike...been learning spanish so I could say Buenas Tardis Mike...lol
