    Happy Friday!!  Here comes the weekend again.  How are you doing?  I have good news!!  The doctors visit went well.  I am still practicing yoga.

    Well we are off the nicotine!!  How glorious it is!!  For so long I kept thinking I should quit.  Now EX has helped me do it!!  Glory!!  Stay with it!!  Namaste

GM Mike and that's fantastic news.  I've started my squats today.  I've started with 30.  Had to split them up in 10's but that's okay.  I'll get stronger.  That's the goal.  Seven hundred and ninety-seven days of freedom today!!  Namaste
