Good morning everyone

Hi all,

    Happy Saturday!!!!!!  How’s it going?  Today is my older brother’s retirement party.  It should be a nice time.

      Isn’t the new year great without nicotine?  Our bodies are healing from all the smoke we put in them.  I know I have a lot more energy since I quit smoking!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!!   You will not regret it!!!!!   Namaste

Good morning Mike and thank you for remembering Only by OUR Daddy God OUR Lord and Savior Christ Jesus and by the Holy Spirit in ME keeping ME nicotine free TODAY SEVEN YEARS can you believe it ME not using nicotine for SEVEN YEARS one day at a time with YOU MIKE  and your BLOG good morning and YOU MIKE encoraging ME to NOT ONE PUFF OVER ME!!!!!!!!!!!
