Happy Sunday!!!!!!! The day of rest is here again!!!!!!! It’s time to feed our souls!!!!!
I can remember the first month that I quit smoking. I felt so strange and confused!!!!!!! I didn’t know what to do!!!!!!! I kept deep breathing and eating Tic Tacs!!!!! Eventually I started to feel pretty good!!!!!! Then I realized I felt better than when I smoked!!!!!!! Glory be!!!!!!! Stick with it!!!!!! You can do it!!!!!! Namaste
