Hi everyone,

    Happy Monday!!!!!!!  Today is the last day of my physical therapy.  The exercises helped a lot   The constant pain in my back is gone!!!!!   

     Isn't quitting smoking great?  We gave up suffocating our selves and gained many things!!!!!  That sounds like a very good deal!!!!!!  Namaste

Happy Monday Mike, I'm glad your back is feeling better, keep up with the exercises, life really does get better and better as an Ex Smoker! It's a civic holiday here so hubby is enjoying the day off working around the property and the garden.

Hi Mike...I missed morning entirely, I have my last day of aqua therapy today, wish I could say that my pain was gone...the therapy helps while I am in the water but it doesn't last.  I am so glad you are doing so well.

So glad that the PT has helped your back!  Hope they've given you some suggestions for things you can do at home to continue on.
