There is a. Hotline that I would like to call and talk to a representative.

There are people on here pretty much all the time so you can post and people will answer you nearly real-time.  

We don't have any 800 number though. If you want to talk to a tobacco treatment specialist you'll need to call your state's quit line at 800-QUIT-NOW.
