Dec. 18th is my quit date. Prayer is welcome.
1-800- QUIT-NOW I believe is the number. You will talk to a quit coach which is helpful. Just mention it to them about the patches.

every time i sneak a cigarette, i force myself to ride my bike to somewhere in the city to put one of these stickers up. it makes me do aerobic exercise, which the smoking doesn't help, and also makes me think twice about if i really want that smoke.

I've just joined but am determined to make my quit date on Dec. 5th. The nights are the worst when watching TV and reading in bed. I plan to reduce every other night by 1. Currently, I'm up to 5!

My chosen date will be Dec. 2nd, 37th b-day, would be happy to pal up with someone, if anyone is interested. I've stopped smoking in my car and thus far all is going well.
  Any suggestions would be appreciated:)
