That's why I love this site!!  Connections.  Feeling valued.  Sharing stories.  Supporting each other.  But, I have a confession to make.  No laughter, please, and no judgment.

I don't know some of your names.  Your user name, yes.  But your given name, no.  Does it matter? You don't have to share that and some choose not to.  That's ok.  I can call you @kath2092bid.  I can call you @momanddadsmoketoo.  But sometimes it's nice to say, "Hi, Nancy!"  or "Wonderful news, Terry!"  or "How you feeling, Larry?"

So, I'll start.  My name is Sheri.  Dancingthrulife is my user ID because at that time, a friend told me that it looked like I was dancing though life.

I think my name pick is boring!  LOL  My name is Rosemary Csank was my given name.  It was my two grandmothers’ names put together...  Rose  and  Mary.  Not many “Rosemary’s” around so I just used it...  And, of course, I want to honor my grandmas!

RoseH    I love the name Rose. I had a roan mare years ago I names Rose and had we ever had a daughter I was going to name her Helen Rose ,...You have a beautiful name.

My name is Bob, in 2005 hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana and my church sent a team down to help out. An elderly man  came by the church that we were staying at and said that his roof Was leaking badly and could we put a tarp over it til he got his insurance out to look at it. A group of 4 of us went to his house, the roof was really steep and no one in our party was willing to get on the steep part except me , I crawled on my bellies and inched my way up to the peak with hammer in one hand and tarp in the other hand and was able to nail the tarp down the guys in my party said that I looked like a bobcat climbing up on that roof and they started calling me “Bobcat”..... I changed it to “Bobkatt”
