Man, it all happened last weekend after a long night of beers and tobacco and the next day I felt so sick I didn’t even want to think about tobacco. Now i’m in the 6th day and the last two days have been seriously painful. Stress from work, covid, riots, everything has been getting to me and the withdrawals are attacking me but I feel I’m so close
6 days is great. Slow deep breaths will help. One day at a time and before too long you will discover that managing anxiety will be so much better. No one told me that when I was suffering in the beginning. It is such a journey of discovery. You are doing great.
