Give and get support around quitting
Envisioning being healthier, having less worry about the negative health effects of smoking, not spending time and energy hiding this habit - or having it interrupt and be a distraction to how I want to spend my time. Looking forward to being proud of not smoking and losing the shame of being a smoker.
