Hi this is my first time quitting besides during my pregnancys. Im on day 13!! No craving NO nothing! I am so blessed with willpower i thank God i can quit. My health is slowly starting to be alot better.
Anyone else had a horrible first 3 days? i was sick as a dog and it actually made my stomach alot better but i feel horrible heartburn and gas more. is this normal?
