Need suggestions for study time

38 yrs. smokin' - 4 weeks on Chantix and weaning myself off. Yesterday feeling good and only 4 cigarettes. Today tired and 6. Next week i start a full load at college and it's the reading/studying that is worrying me. I haven't read a book without a cigarette since i was 17. It's the fatigue that's the problem. I've used nicotine to zap the tireds and now what do i do? What's good at making me snap out of it to study? I really ask anyone to give me some ideas. Thanks, gail

Hi Gail, I'm Sara~
I don't know about studying, I hated school but....I do know that you don't NEED a cigarette to study, to read, to ANYTHING! All these things CAN and ARE done without smoking everyday!
Chantix helps and coming here when you hit a rough spot helps too! That's why I've been quit for 23 days now! Take care, hope to see you around! Good luck with the book work!
