I finally done it I started Wednesday going to the gym. Can tell been awhile since I've been. But I'm not going to stop just because I'm sore. One of my new years resolutions. I can do this
Good for you. I think it makes a difference when you incorporate some physical activity. The gym is wonderful but if you need a change, walk in the park or go online, there are various cardio and weight training tapes online. Movement!
